Viewing the picture a lot!!!!! But I keep wondering why did this happen so many workers around the board getting redlined, the board named Hans Strijdom Dr? Who is/was Solomon Mahlangu?

Looking at the gathering, I believe we can confirm the flip side of that is "who was Hans Strijdom?"
I guess this is what happens when you politicise the public service, but no double time is allowed due to budgetary constraints.
Everyone wants to be there for the event (momentous occasion for the people's revolution that it is).
But the sign can't be changed on a public holiday because the trade union insists the guy changing the sign must be paid for the full day at double time because he had to go to work for 15 minute's work.
So the solution is...Participation is voluntary.
