[Question] NH Fuse between 48V Battery and Inverter

Is this fuse suitable for 48V DC between battery and inverter? Will it extinguish the dc arc? It's being sold as battery fuse at retailer. I've installed it but am now questioning whether it is correct. The AC690V seems to be highlighted.

Other fuses that are sold as battery fuses also don't have DC on it?

Regardles sof what you read on social media or what the wholesaler tells you, its always better to go to the product site and download the data sheet and certtificates for products.

You will notice in the certificate that all the fuses are AC and DC rated, you will notice some of the DC voltage ratings are half the AC voltage rating. The fault levels are also less.

So when someone says the fuse is not DC rating refer to the certificate.

I did check the website overview and certificate initially,

        the problems were
        1. the picture on the website does not match the model I have
        2. the overview says AC690 and the certificate has DC250 (also certificate is not in english)

I have also asked Chint Global and they have responded from regional person of Africa
        "
Thanks for your attention to CHINT.

We do not have fuse for DC48V application
