    Inverter COC

If a COC is being done on a house and there is an inverter installed (no solar), does a separate Alternate supply COC form need to be filled in as a supplementary COC to the house COC.

Also is the alternative supply CoC in the law yet ?

I have seen a few variations but not sure if they hike made or legit.

Can you buy an alternative power supply CoC from the ECA or the DOL, is it in the new SANS 10142-1 book ?

And with regards to the OP. It is an alternate supply which needs a CoC. It will have its own PSCC and PEFC

An ADDITIONAL TEST REPORT for SSEG form is used. ( Available from ECA )

It is what it says. Not a seperate COC but an additional test report.

If there are no panels, I just leave out the items that refer to panels/modules. Mention it in Section 3 in case panels are added at a later stage then you are covered.

AAs Derlyn says - Fill in another test report for alternative supply the same way you would for a generator
In this particular instance it is not an SSEG report needed - This is a str alternative supply
