Some randon usless information, which is going to make my life a whole lots simpler.
I am sure everyone else knows this already, but hey, I only learnt it today.
I have a stack of old 4 page COC from back in the day, which I now use the numbers to issue COC's in the new format. Some might say it is illegal, well so is issuing dodgy, non compliant COc's and nobody seems t ocare about that.
I dont see a problem with it, they wer epurchased and just never used, its still a legal document, regisatered to my name, anyway back to why I started this post.
I am sitting here this morning catching up with admin work again and preparing COC's for installation I have completed.
In the past I would open the PDF and use the fill and sign option ( I have my signiture saved), I would fill out the document and save it, what I learnt today is that as soon as you paste your signiture on the PDF you can not edit the document. I know you all sitting going we knew that already, well I didnt and this is going to save me a lot of time.
Now I can fill out the document, save it as a pdf, open it at any point and modify or update the COC and all the test reports attached, once I am happy with the details, made any modification required then I can sign and send it.
What I do is attach the printed copy to the blank original and put it in file 13 with the rest of them.
