Waco IP 67 Sockets

Hi

Anyone else had trouble with Waco IP 67 sockets. Used a load of 16 amp 5 pin in a dry food mixing factory and out of 8, 3 keep flooding.

Conduit was top entry but is threaded so adapted screwed and glued (as well as the conduit) plus a little silicon for good measure.

The box is sealed in that no fixings penatrate the inner part of the isolator.

If it was just one I'd be ok, maybe one failed but 3? Are they just not very good?

Just me or is it "a thing"

Its there and looks like its sitting nice. I wondered if it was getting some how by the rotary switch.

The switches get covered in flour and dough so they do hose them down but IP 67v should be good for that?

Maybe through thw switch mechanism, but then there should be evidence of water on the switch.
Also check how the enclosure is affixed against the wall.
Can water run down the wall and travel along the screw inside the box?
