[Question] Lighting outlet on Concrete pillar construction

Good evening. Its been a while since I posted anything on the forum...but I know certainly I would be assisted with the kind of question I have. I happen to trust info I received here big time.
Beside having done my research fully, I'd like to know if anyone has used these kind of concrete boxes, do we even have them in SA? (Picture attached)

I understand I cannot put a surfix cable under concrete and so how would I go about doing (constructing) a light outlet on reinforced concrete pillar without this box that you can put nails on to wooden plate?
Is there any product or anything I could use or do to make it easier? I'd appreciate your advice in this regard

Use 20mm PVC conduit and PVC end box or back entry box , depending how you will be securing the conduit to the rebar and shutterboard

This is exactly where I had been confused, thinking how can I SECURE round box.
I had few ideas though like the one in the attached sketch picture.
I was thinking securing a 20mm PVC conduit on rebar, make an offset to allow round box to lay on shutterboard. Drill two small holes on round box and shutterboard, tighten round box to shutterboard using a wire looped at the back of box to SECURE it...same way as in my sketch pic, I hope to can give thumbs up for that

Basically would do the same
We use nails from the back of the box so when they strip the shutter board off the nails can pull out
Use buff tape to seal off the box to prevent concrete/slurry getting in.Lots of buff tape is better - Even if the box comes loose a knock with a hammer opens it up and it is still clean inside and no slurry gets into the conduit
