    COC to connect new installation

    This is bothering a lot of electrical contractors,how yo issue a CoC without electricity because escom requires a CoC before supplying with electricity? This is so contradictory

      I always found that to be ridiculous until I had to force them ( Eskom's call centre) , to send out their operator to liven up. The poor guy came out and waited till I was done with my tests.

      I don't know why Eskom got this part wrong.
