[Question] Verification of Contract Cellphone

Good evening.

I want to buy cellphones and sell them for a higher profit. There are risks involved in this kind of business such as buying a cellphone from someone that he/she is still paying off (on contract), but this person does not reveal that it is a contract phone, and then months later after the purchase they stop paying for this phone and the phone will be blacklisted.

Is there a way of checking if the cellphone is owing before buying it from a person using the cellphone's IMEI number? Any website that can do this that anybody knows of?
