[Question] Government Relief - Accounting treatment

I would like confirm how I must allocate COVID Relief funds (Government) to be treated in Pastel.
Would the correct way to allocate it from the bank to a Grant income account?
I assume this will be Zero Rate VAT?
This relief was used for the Payroll expense.
