Hi All,
I have an unusual error whereby an amount is duplicated in the sub-account and Main account, although the detail only appears in the sub-account. How do you correct this?
More detail of the above:
I created a new Company and created numerous new accounts and sub-accounts. I posted a journal and when checking the TB, it did not balance.
on further investigation, it seems the balance amount has been duplicated in one of the sub-accounts and the main account, but the detail entry is only in the sub-account (which is correct).
