With our dot matrix printer whenever we print an invoice it shoots up the paper instead of stopping
i have messed around with paper style setting and size settings it all just ends up the same
The only way we fix it is rebooting all of our PCs and only then is there a 50/50 chance of it being fixed temporarily until the power go out and breaks it again
has anyone else got this problem? does anyone know how to fix it?
