Hi All, I am new to this site so not sure where I should be posting.
I had a problem this morning where a staff member was working on Pastel and it gave an error message and bombed her off. When she tried to log in again it said that her password was in use, we have tried rebooting etc but nothing has worked, does anyone know how to correct this? Many thanks
