Hi there
My client would like to increase to "boost" the salary of two staff members for the next three members while the third staff member is on maternity leave. How can this be done without them having to pay additional tax? It is more of an incentive or bonus rather than an increase. I use Pastel Payroll, what is the best way to structure this? At the moment they both earn under the tax threshold.
