Hi
Have just a set up a new POS user on a network printing a till slip to the Epson TM-120 printer. But each time he prints it opens up the printer setup and he has to hit "Test Print" for it to go to the printer and then close that screen and go back to POS. I have never seen this before can anyone please help me if you have seen this.
