NCA - Chapter 2
The National Credit Act chapter 2 deals primarily with the establishment, powers, duties, functions, composition and general administrative issues of the National Credit Regulator, the National Credit Tribunal and the arrangements between national and regional credit regulators.
Probably only relevant to business and consumers when determining where to go in the event of an issue arising from the Act. |
