BEE and Employment Equity are potentially explosive subjects. However, it is very much a part of the South African business reality and so this forum has to be here.
PLEASE excercise tolerance to the divergent views that are bound to be expressed here. Let's stick to the subject matter - play the ball and not the man - and maintain mature debate. Once the final codes of good conduct are published, we'll be able to discuss the material consequences of the BEE codes. |
