    Park like a Boss

    I Cape Town this morning.

Notice that the bakkie would easily fit in the bay.

It could have something to do with paying for a license or attitude.

In Durban we have a red lane, for some it is a BUS lane, for others it is a red carpet.

People can’t park to save their lives, they say you can see if a person is a good or bad driver by the way they park.
Years ago, working for my old boss, a ‘lady’ parked her car sideways over a 3 parking bays at about 7am and left. So at about 9 or so we picked her car up and safely placed it the way a normal person should park, nicely between the white lines, in the shade to exceed the client’s expectorations. We were about 6 or so guys, easy lifting/bouncing. We left the car totally unharmed, just parked in a different spot. For a while most of the staff were looking out the window not wanting to miss out on the lady coming back for her car. Some people witnessed it but I did not. Apparently she eventually came at 12 or so and walked straight to her car, put all her shopping in the car, had a puzzled look for about 2seconds and drove off. I don’t think she ever really knew her car was moved. She came back some time after that and parked perfectly and got allot of paper

How could he not get it parked right - there is no way that he could end up like that from reverse parking. It is simply the "I don't give toss about anybody else" attitude.

Exactly, they don’t give a shit whether they are inconveniencing everybody else, it is of no concern to them whatsoever. I get mal when a double lane gets reduced to a single lane because some prick wants to get chicken

Our printshop has the "pleasure" of having a take away pizza shop next to us. Wait until you deal with this the drivers and then the owner they all think the world owes them. I am tempted to make PLAP (Park Like A P.....) stickers and give them away so many descriptive words start with P.

We have an uneasy truce were we ignore them and tell all our customers that the Pizza around the corner is better which it is.

Anyway when there is parking at our shop you have to parallel park it does provide a few laughs when you have time to watch.

The way to may the PLAP sticker is to cut it in vinyl and then to cut lots of lines through it. When you stick it on the guys windscreen he doesn't get to remove one sticker, he gets to remove 200 little pieces....

So Kappa Painters will not get any new job offers from you...?

It is shocking to see how badly people drive. I suppose those will be all the false licences.
