    Section 21 Question

    Hey all.
    I have a Section 21 company and it's a registered NPO.
Thing is that I realise now that the size and scope of the work we do does not warrant a Section 21, and maintaining a Section 21 with all it's stringent regulations is severely restricting our operations.
Is it possible to change our Section 21 to a Voluntary Association, whilst still keeping everything else exactly the same, including our NPO status?

    Appreciate your assistance.

How exactly are the Section 21 regulations restricting operations?
The trouble with opportunity is it normally comes dressed up as work.
