    Labour Company

    Hi Everyone,

    Can anyone advise on there experiences with SEESA or WLO labour companies for managing staff issues?

    i.e. Contracts, disciplinary etc...

    SEESA will keep you out of trouble on LRA issues. My criticism of them is as an "employers' association" they don't drive an employer agenda.

    I've got no feedback on WLO.
    The trouble with opportunity is it normally comes dressed up as work.
