Agree with ChrisNG53--arbitration is the way to go.Unfortunately there is no agreement that an arbitrator be appointed in the event of a dispute.Nor is there any likelihood that the other party would be coerced into getting around the table so to speak.
With this in mind a legal intervention is the way to go. It could well happen that sometime during that process that the other party may agree to arbitration.
