    Registered User Agreement

    Hello Everyone,

Can someone help me understand what the Registered User Agreement is about as part of a franchise agreement.

It talks about the user being registered and the registered user, etc...

Does some sort of registration as a user need to take place with some body\group ?

    Thanks in advance

It's not in relation to a piece of equipment or a system?

A while ago we leased a device that was only allowed to be used by a trained operator, who was the registered user.
The trouble with opportunity is it normally comes dressed up as work.
