    Google still gives best results

    It seems when it comes to finding what you want, Google is still number one.
    The trouble with opportunity is it normally comes dressed up as work.

    I agree. I used bing for a period, just to see what it had going for it. was back to google quite quickly. I found especially when searching for code stuffs that the results weren't very accurate in comparison to google. plus they've got the side bar that acts as a filter... one extra step to finding my page. not cool.

    Well I have changed to yahoo because google, while it does eventually get the results, takes far too long these days. Check the status bar on the browser and you will see that we in SA are redirected to google's SA server and that's where the stranglehold comes in for google queries. Yahoo doesn't have this "feature" so it's quicker.

    now THAT's good for comparisons.
    I haven't experienced that problem, but I am using 3g...
