What about Evita Bezuidenhout, Johnny Clegg.....man this is hard.
    And Julius Malema?

Looking at your list so far, I see a representivity problem. Even the only woman on the list isn't a woman!

    How about Mark Lottering then?

Representivity and human rights are getting this world into trouble. Thats why we just need someone who can stand up and do the job. So a stand up would be a good choice.

OK - So Marc could be a winner, but then we would also have to put in Barry Hilton, cause he can do RoboCop like no one else and thats what we need here to clean up the streets.

What about that big mouth from highveld radio, whats his name...mmmm....Jeremy Mansfield - is he still around annoying people? Cause you need someone who could still get up peoples noses, while sorting the country out.

And no the youth leader funny guy is not worthy of being recognised as a stand up comic - his off the cuff section is not practised enough and very sloppy - so he is still out as far as I can see.

If we don't find nominees with support in Soweto and Kayelitsha, this election would be rigged

Don't understand, there are already some stand ups in the original list Dave offered

Yes - but those ones are the joke, rather than tell jokes, have a limited following, cannot perform and want huge attendance fees unlike most Real Stand Up artists who are used to being poor and would do stuff cause they can, they want to and are able to see life as it really is.

    this election would be rigged
Of course it would be......It wouldnt be a proper election if it wasnt rigged.

I am sure we should be able to find someone in those areas you mentioned, that would save us from ourselves. How about Irwin Khoza for the Soweto side - he seems like a nice gan...er guy.

I have also sourced a potentially great person by the name of Abrie Beeslaar to represent the Cape region. Now he is considered honest, hardworking and commited by his peers. He is a winemaster of note from Kanonkop with some prestigious awards under his belt. He is only 36 and has a nice smile. While I am not a fan of Kanonkop wines I am sure he could brew something up that would get the nation to lie down and look up to him.
