    Service Level Agreements (SLA)

    Hey everyone

Being an IT company, I've now been asked by a client to draw up a service level agreement between my company and theirs. Basically to outline what is needed from me.

Now, after googling my rear off, I cannot find a sample or SLA template.

Would anyone mind sending me a copy of theirs so that I can adapt it to my needs please?

    Thank you in advance!!

If you PM me your email address, I will email you a SLA, although I have not use the agreement personally. Its an American contract(I know this becus the way they spell certain words), so you will need to work on the document to South Africanise the content and layout, which can become a daunting task.
If you need help let me know (we do charge a small fee)
