    Casual works

    Good Day Colleagues

    I am new to the forum so please excuse the odd stupid question.

    I currently represent a supermarket group, we hire between 50-100 casual workers in the month when the stores are busy.

    From a HR perceptive, how do i categorize their employment? and do they still get the benefits of leave and sick leave?

    You should take a careful look at section 198C of the Labour Relations Act.
