    Angry Leave Pay

I was diagnosed with cancer in May 16. I was off work for two months(July and August) and had to go for more tests in November. The doctors were not happy with my state of health and advised me to resign.

I resigned on 1 December 16 with immediate effect due to ill health. I requested my UIF documentation from the company the week after and have still not been notified that I can collect them? How do I apply for UIF without documentation?

I have not been paid out my leave pay. Can the company decline to pay leave pay in lieu of notice period?

I think you need to explain a little more .... how much sick leave you have taken, how much leave you have taken etc etc - Paid/unpaid ?

I was on sick leave from 1 July to 31 August, the company paid me in full for these two months.

I had 18 annual leave days due to me at the end of November.
