    Pastel Bank Manager error code - urgent assistance needed - thanks.

    Hi there - just joined the Forum and am in urgent need of assistance... as a new user of Pastel, have tried to import csv statements into Pastel Xpress Bank Manager, and initially, the format was incorrect (too many columns, incorrect date format, etc) and I got the following error message: "Input string was not in a correct format".

    I since learned the error of my ways, and have not attempted to correct what I have done - but now, when I go to Process/Cash Book and then click the "Pastel Bank Manager" button, the error message pops up and I cannot proceed. I have called Sage, but we could not get the Webex to work so that they could take a look at my machine - can anyone provide some urgent guidance? VAT deadline approaches.

    Good morning, I am experiencing the same problem with Pastel Partner. I have downloaded the statement in OLX and OLC format - same message when opening Bank Manager in Pastel. I have successfully done this previously - can somebody please help urgently?

    Hi everybody I have been struggling for a week now and cannot get any statements imported. I have spoken to Pastel assistance today and was on the phone for at lease half an hour and still we cannot fix it is there anyone that can assist me perhaps Saturday morning?I am soooo frustrated have really tried everything.
