I just cannot seem to find a definite answer on this. I really hope someone can give me one.
As you know, on payroll systems such as Pastel, VIP, SAge One and all others I am sure, you can just select "UIF Declaration" - it then allows you to email your live file to email@example.com with "declarations" in the subject.
And then we do our PAYE,UIF,SDL returns and payment via E-FILING.
My question is: Can we keep using this method or do we HAVE to also set up ufiling profiles for all our clients. Surely the payroll systems wouldn't have that option if we had to submit via u-filing?
Please help. Have been trying to find out for months with no luck from SARS or UIF. Both had different opinions.
