    Reading of sars efiling documentation

I have submitted my tax return 2015 via efiling. I was subsequently informed that my assessment IT34 was ready and also a letter from Sars to be viewed by me.
I cannot open/read any of these documents saying that an error has occurred I have the very latest Adobe Reader, I have tried Internet Explorer as well as google chrome on both Windows 7 32bit and 64 bit

Cab anybody help pse. Regards Eric

As a temporary solution, use a friend's computer to log onto your eFiling and then open and print the documents.

Do you have any problems opening other PDF files that are sent via email?

Found this on the eFiling website. It might help.

Chrome users please note that the latest version (from 8) of Chrome has come out with a built-in PDF viewer. You need to disable it in order to be able to submit your return through eFiling. To disable it in Chrome: Enter about plugins in the address bar and click Disable underneath the entry for “Chrome PDF Viewer.” The Adobe Reader plug-in will automatically be enabled, if you have it installed.

The latest version of Adobe Flash player and Adobe Reader should be used. The latest version can be accessed on:

    Adobe Reader - http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Sometimes my SARS delivered PDFs open and show nothing but a bunch of unintelligible symbols, or they don't open at all. I've found that if I save the attachment to my computer and then open it from windows explorer (so not using the browser), it opens fine. Perhaps try that.

SARS and iPad or android don't seem to work. Use a PC and generally no problems. It's a PDF coding error apparently.
