I need some help with Pastel 12.1.4.
We do not have the support contract, but are still required to annual register. On 15/04/2016 we registered and I check all the different PC's on our network to ensure that all reflects the new expiry date of 15/04/2016. Our problem started after that. When a user opens a company in Pastel all the Tabs (File,Edit,Process etc) are gray except the File and View option. It is as if my system is not registered. This does not happen all the time. Most of the time on the 2nd or 3rd time Pastel allows you to open the company without any problems.
We do not receive any errors or have any other problems.
At around the same time my IT department created a VPN connection for one of our employees. Might this be causing the problem?
