Is there perhaps anyone else affected by this?

I find that we have now paid the provisionals for 2015/2016 at RMA, but when we attempt to submit the FOE final for 2014/2015 at WCC, it still expects provisionals for 2015/2016, and will not accept nil.

Secondly, does anyone know who now issues LOGS for these companies?

I've just explored the possibility of transferring my electrical contracting company to FEM. If I do the transfer, they instruct that they must do the 2014/15 ROE to the Compensation Commissioner in its entirety - I am not to submit a return or any part thereof to DoL myself.

Fair chance the same applies in your situation, Clive.

    Thanks Dave

Yes I am mostly sorted with this. Turns out RMA issue their own LOGS and it is issued in respect of obligations from year of transfer, being the year to December 2015.

It is possible that one can still have an issue with DoL and still get a LOGS from RMA, because the two have little to do with each other.
