I am about to appoint an junior admin person as a contractor as I do not want to get sucked into too much red tape.
I have done that with my agent since years, but never reduced it to writing. Still should do that one day.
However, its better for all parties to reduce it to writing and do it right from the start this time. Of course I am aware that Basic Employment conditions still apply its full time and deemed to be an employee.
Can anybody help me out with a basic contract?
