    Lightbulb Best area to buy or develop property in

    What would you say is the best area / town / place / city to either buy to rent out or develop (build) rental units in at this stage in SA? And why do you say this - share the financials if you can please.

    Any stable suburb with big rentals demand, preferably in a historically settled place, ie built up/developed enough that a squatter settlement can't sprout up 2 blocks down the road.
