Just read point XI from this site: http://www.armslist.com/

Really! I.e. they may change the agreed upon Ts & Cs at any time without even informing their customers? Isn't that like asking a customer to sign a blank cheque?

OK, let's say you're not that ethical and couldn't care less about your customers "rights". Anyway most of them never even look at those and just agree - you'd not loose any clientèle because of some spurious clause. So while you might see most customers just simply clicking "I accept" without actually reading that fine print ... do you think you're doing yourself a favour?

Ever heard of KlearGear? Well ... perhaps a sample would suffice to show just how bad this could become for your business: http://solomolegal.wordpress.com/201...ey-be-binding/
