HOW CAN I GET A REFUND FROM THE DEBT COLLECTING COMPANY - GARNESHEED

I have been garnisheed for almost two years, finally paid up the debt after I have requested the settlement quote, but, come month end - my salary was again deducted for the same debt. I asked my employer not to pay it since I have paid it up - I was told by the HR staff member that only the garnishee can stop this, the employer can't stop it. Please help.......

Perhaps your debt is paid up but the costs are not yet paid up ?

Or if it is paid up - the company should get hold of the lawyer and sort it out for you.

You need to approach the lawyer who has obtained the garnishee order to instruct your employer that they are released from the garnishee order.

And of course, pay you the refund due.
The trouble with opportunity is it normally comes dressed up as work.
