    Employment Contract Template

    Greetings my fellow TFSA'ers.

    I am designing templates.
The challenge is to make it easy for the user (presuming they have little knowledge of subject matter) yet vague enough to be flexible.

Appreciate your thoughts in this regard, if templates should have notes, instructions etcBasic Employment Template.doc

Certain contracts have a lot of decisions to be made.
      Eg salary, term etc etc
Possibly the solution is to have a comments memorandum as separate document which can link through to headings of clauses.

Wish, I see the numbering got lost in translation.
You can remove from 12 through till general.

Numbering looks ok to me. You mean to delete clause 12-28? Why do you suggest so?

            Those are not essential terms.
Many are covered by common law and need not be written in.
