This morning I was searching for a customer on my Pastel database & the Customer Account was nowhere to be found even though there have been transactions posted to this account in the year. I immediately ran a data integrity check & the error came back that this specific account was missing. Can anybody tell me how this happens? It can't have been deleted in error as Pastel won't allow you to delete an account that has transactions against it - from my experience. I re-created the account & I can now find the invoices that have been raised against this customer, however, the sales for the year on the customer account screen is zero. The sales by customer report is correct though. I have run another data integrity check & all is clear. I'm hoping that this is the case.
