I hope someone will be able to assist me.
I have recently started my own firm. I have been working in the accounting / auditing practice field since 2006, but have not had any exposure whatsoever to working with CIPC, as there has always been a statutory department handling this kind of work.
I am registered as a customer, and have figured out how to submit an annual return, but am not sure about submission of other forms and the required documents, and where it should be submitted.
I am now faced with my first obstacle: I have been appointed as a CC's new Accounting Officer. I know I have to inform the previous accounting officer in writing, ask if they have any objection against the appointment, and inform CIPC of my appointment.
But how and where do I get the documentation to handle this?
Can anyone at least steer me in the right direction?
