    ETI and PAYE dashboard error

I've submitted an EMP501 for a company where there is an ETI claim.

After doing all the necessary (or so I thought) I see there is an error showing in the PAYE dashboard in E@syfile.

The difference between the EMP201 and EMP501 is the value of the ETI claim.
And yes, I did complete the Add ETI page in the EMP501 declaration and it does show in the EMP501.

Something I've done wrong, or just E@syfile messing with my head?

I'm having the same issue.....help! Like I said in my previous post surely you can't add the source code 4118 on the employee tax certificates? The 3 that qualified us for the tax incentive earn below the tax threshold and do not pay PAYE, so this difference will reflect unless they change the format of the EMP501 somehow?
    Feeling so frustrated

I suspect it's a bug in the dashboard rather than something we've done wrong. If everyone that has claimed the ETI is finding the same thing, that pretty much confirms it as a bug, I think.

Of course, if someone has claimed the ETI and doesn't have this problem, it'll be time for some deeper digging.

    Hi Dave
Do you know if this issue has been resolved yet by e@syfile or how to resolve it on the August 2014 Bi-Annual submission? My ETI claim from February 2014 is now reflecting as "Due by me". As there was no 'ETI claim utilised' column at February 2014 these January and February ETI amounts are now reflecting as outstanding. Do I need to contact SARS to fix this or what do I do?

Unfortunately my dashboard in E@syfile isn't working for reasons unknown at the moment, so I can't report if there's been any progress on that front.

However, I can report that I managed to get a tax clearance certificate last month for the company concerned. And the EMPSA doesn't reflect anything outstanding. All this without any intervention on my part.
