I would like to know if it is at all possible to do the following:
To email statements and copy invoices simultaneously?
Our company already emails statements, which is wonderful.
However, every month we are inundated with requests for copy invoices.
Most of the time the customer only needs reassurance that the items bought, are in fact used by them.
They seldom need to see who signed for it.
These copy invoices are also simply emailed to the customer through Pastel.
Is there a way to send ALL of a customer's copy invoices, along with their statement, in one action?
This would save so much admin, and give all our customers peace of mind, without needing to pick up the phone.
