    credit note form does not show the quantities column for a certain user

    l am having a problem with my Pastel Ver 12.The credit note form does not show the quantities column for a certain user but it show up on the other users.please help.

    Hi John, I am taking a guess here, but could it not be that you are using a GL code (6) in column 1 instead of "Item" code (4).

    even if l change to item code 4 nothing changes

    Thank you Mike , even if l change to item code 4 nothing changes.The challenge is that it only happens on a single user all the others accounts are fine

    Have you tried going to "Batch" and clicking on the "Restore Columns" option?
