    Pastel V.12.1.4 and Outlook 2013 - Incompatibility?

The security settings on Outlook won't seem to accept Pastel and allow Pastel to access the program to send out statements?

Is there a fix for this? Using Windows 7 OS.

Our IT guy thinks Pastel needs to be added to the "Trusted Partners List" to be able to gain access to Outlook 13 - is this correct?

Depending on whether your computer is a 32-bit or a 64-bit machine, you need to ensure that you install the relevant version of Outlook 2013.
