    Ja hey Elysium was dam good hey. Did you check out the SA flag on the helicopter hey boet? Same director and many of the same actors from district 9 swaar. I must admit that it made me reminisce about the long gone great South African Army we once had.

    I am considering this myself actually. I have been doing the numbers, they are expensive to build but well worth it in my opinion. The structure is industrial and you can modify the inside as you need it without spending too much money. Also you have space... to do whatever you want.

    In Jhb in Newtown I saw containers being stacked on top of silo's and old buildings. Did a bit of googling and found out they are going to be used for students to live in and apparently it is being done all over the world. I find it quite fascinating.

    One would also have to consider the zoning of the area and the warehouse building. If it is not approved for residential use then I don't think you'd be able to live in it. The Maboneng Precinct comprises of a few converted warehouses, and that works there because they've created an environment conducive to living there.

    Converting a warehouse into a house doesn't seem to be a good option. You can you use it as office, but warehouse as house might be troublesome.
