    Corporate titles

    Okay can someone please list the hierarchy of corporate titles in South Africa?

    The know-it-all MBA consultant
    Middle manager (who got there because his dad knows the boss)
    Supervisor (Middle managers inbred not so bright cousin)
    Kiepie (mushroom) ...you & I

    Everyone wants to be the Boss. That is a nice title to have.

    Boss:

    The guy that never takes leave, takes all the abuse and has to wait till everyone had been paid before taking the few pennies left over after the end of the month.

    I occupy the following positions

    Secretary
    Helpdesk
    Technician
    Salesman
    Accountant
    Driver
    Procurement manager
    Office manager
    PR manager
    Marketing manager
    CFO
    CEO

    The one role I leave to somebody else is that of AppiZilla. At times I am the AppiZilla damage control manager. When I step out of the office I am under the supervision of my Domestic Manager (DM).

    What about managing director after CEO?
