    Foreman screams at employer!

Good day, we have a foreman that has been working on the farm for about 4 months... In this period we discovered that he stole +-R9000 diesel... We have already opened a case for theft at local police. I am in the mean while setting up a notice of hearing to attend. When the employer discovered that the foreman stole diesel he immediately confronted the foreman about it, of which in return the foreman screamed at the employer... Would this be gross insubordination or what can he be accused of in the notice of hearing, besides theft?

    Thank you
