easyfile and pdf creation issues

good day everyone

im new to the forum

i need some advice/help please

i submitted my emp501 in may and i want to create the irp5/it3a's
if i go to generate .the processs completes.but i can not open any of them.file size is also 0kb
if i go to employee and the actual certificate and click view .it can not open also
what is going on? it worked last august?

ive uninstalled and reinstalled the following.and still the same
adobe air
adobe reader
adobe flash player

any help and advise will be really appreciated
tax season has started and i need to generate those documents asap

I really don't know what is wrong here. Maybe your submission was faulty and therefore there is no data in easyfile? Did you try to re-submit at all?

You followed the correct procedure!

You took the correct steps to trouble shoot!

So I think you need technical assistance: try the following: efiling "technical assist emails: rsmith@sars.gov.za or eugene.joubert@sarsefiling.co.za , only thing there is a turn-around time.If you need to do your returns URGENTLY! then you can try this guy, he used to work for SARS and knows the easyfile program in detail, he will definitely be able to able you much quicker [at a price though] , [I'm not advertising for him, but I know he can definitely fix your problem quickly, if needed]

i uninstalled all java versions on the pc and reinstalled - and adobe flash player and its now working
