    Contracting

    I am sure SARS had a note someplace about contractors only invoicing at one Company.
    If i contract (last 9 years) at only one company with a team of guys would SARS have a problem.
    Not sure if they had an 80% rule in that you have to invoice another or other companies ?
    Or, did i dream this up. ?

    IMGREG, here is SARS' guide. It probably helps to go straight to page 13 before attempting the rest.

    Or Annexure A on page 12 - that also makes things pretty clear too.

    So just 3 (or more) (qualifying) employees required throughout the period then...
