    Sightseeing Suggestions Please

On Thursday we will be leaving Durban in the early hours of the morning to Cape Town, via the Garden Route.

We are spending Thursday night in East London and then a week in Plettenberg Bay, before heading for Cape Town for three nights in Sea Point. We will make our way home via the Karoo, spending a night near Colesberg.

I would love to hear suggestions as to the "must see" places along the way. Of course, my trusty camera will be coming along! Some of the places we will be stopping at include Port Alfred, Jeffreys Bay, Cape St Francis and Vic Bay near George. I am also looking forward to the crystal clear night skies of the Karoo.

So what are the spots that we dare not miss?

I would suggest the Congo Caves and the Karoo National park, hope there was enough rain for the wild flowers to come out nicely, beautiful.

Neville, along the way I do not know too much, but for CapeTown you have chosen an awesome spot to stay. Don't forget to take the time to take a walk along the promenade at night. It is lit up, even has outdoor gyms that you could use if you choose
There is a garage near Moullie Pint that sells the best white hot chocolate
Take time to do a drive to Simonstown, then around the coast to Hout Bay. Dunes restaurant on Hout Bay beach is highly recommended for lunch. Then around Camps Bay and back to Seapoint. If you have the time a trip to Robben Island from the VA waterfront is also a good thing to do. A sunset cruise on the catamaran that also leaves from VA is also a highlight.
    Enjoy every minute of it.

Oh yes there are some amazing restuarants in Seapoint. Some on Main road and some on Beach road.

I would definitely not miss Storms River Mouth, make sure you have goggles, snorkle and flippers to see what the sea life would be like if we did not rip everything within reach out.

Yes, I am glad we cleared that up. They are two totally distinct long scary holes, people are inside, people have got stuck in both, while some are afraid to enter. Yet some people vendor outside with amazement at the massive huge Holes
