    If this was not the case, there would be a higher number of HIV infections. How do you know the person preparing your salad and food with their hands, is not HIV infected? There is no duty for the person to inform their employer that they are.

    HIV does not live for beyond 7 seconds outside body temperature hence it becomes difficult to transmit

    That is exactly why you won't find me eating from a restaurant or buying take aways
