The knives they work with are razor sharp.
If he cuts himself & doesn't report it, his supervisor isn't going to know.
If he does have aids & cuts himself, do you think it is possible for him to contaminate the meat?
AIDS is a virus and dies very quickly when not in a living body.
Do a Google search and there are a number of reports giving explanations on how HIV and AIDS are transmitted.

Become a vegetarian or stand a chance of being infected with aids.
Hmmm, this is africa after all, food with human DNA would basically be muti. Make you strong like bull and bullet proof (sometimes)

Are you willing to test the theory?
    I am definitely not.

The retailers are hitting back, they essentially saying that because dna of donkey, pork, goat and water buffalo was found in meat tested, it doesn’t mean that the actual meat of these animals was mixed but rather that cross contamination had taken place i.e. the same butcher machine used to cut the goat was used to cut the cow. The machine was washed but this will not remove all traces of the dna.
I buy from local Muslim butchers as the standard of hygiene and professional ethics is extremely high! Added to this, if order half a lamb, you can see for yourself that they are cutting from a lamb and not from a donkey

As a matter of fact, I really did do an inspection for myself. I observed the arrival of the delivery truck, observed the meat being unpacked, seen where it is stored and observed how it is cut. These butchers are relatively small and well staffed! It's easier to keep hygiene in place in a smaller place. You'll notice that no similiar complaint will be lodged against any of these butcheries. The beef patty is really a beef patty...
